IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Audible, Inc. (AUDIBLE) for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials (if any), and may include online or electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or SOFTWARE). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. AUDIBLE grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely in connection with your use of the AUDIBLE information system or other information services under license from AUDIBLE. 2. You may not use the software to sell, transfer, rent, lease or transfer it to a hard disk. 3. You may not sell, transfer, rent, lease or commercially exploit the software. 4. You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software or attempt to do so or modify the software. |
